Charges and what's included

What charges are included in the rent?+
Water, electricity, heating, fibre internet, cleaning of common areas. Depending on the property, other services may be included — check the property page.

Guarantees (VISALE, CAF)

Do you accept the VISALE guarantee?+
Yes, the VISALE guarantee may be accepted, but a personal, family guarantor is strongly preferred.
Am I eligible for APL / ALS housing benefits?+
Yes, all 3 of our properties are eligible for CAF housing benefits.
What if I don't have a guarantor?+
We accept the VISALE guarantee (free of charge), which acts as your guarantor. It is the ideal solution for students and young professionals.

Fees and conditions

Are there any agency or booking fees?+
No agency fees, no inventory fees, no administrative fees, no middleman. Only a security deposit of €1,000 is required at signing.

Viewings and signing

How is the lease signed?+
Entirely online via electronic signature. You receive the lease by email and sign it from your phone. A paper signature is always possible on request ;)
Can I take a virtual tour?+
Yes, on request. We offer WhatsApp video-call tours as well as 360° tours when available. Tours are arranged once we have received a complete application file.

Flatshare life

Do you accept international students?+
Yes, with no particular condition beyond the standard tenant application. Our team can assist in French, English and Spanish.

Notice and moving out

What is the notice period to leave the property?+
One month's notice by email or post. We handle all the formalities.
